the glorious seven

when the stitchwort blooms, it's spring for me. These wispy little stars actually light forest paths and meadows like a white carpet. I took a single tiny flower and made a macro. On the screen I saw that there are seven stamens inside the flower that reach for heaven. My first thought was, the glorious seven :-)
