Fin de journée sur l’allée des baobabs
Morondava (Madagascar) - Une photo (un peu en contre-jour) prise à l'occasion d'une incontournable balade sur la célèbre allée des baobabs, située à 18 km de Morondava. Je n'y étais jamais allé, alors comme je ne veux pas mourir idiot...
Ne vous fiez pas à la photo car pour assister au coucher de soleil, les touristes sont légion. Il y en a partout. S'ils le pouvaient, on en retrouverait tout en haut des baobabs. C'est la raison pour laquelle je suis arrivé deux heures en avance.
Ils débarquent en 4X4 et se plantent en plein milieu de l'allée pour se prendre en selfies. J'ai passé plus de temps à essayer de les virer des mes cadres, qu'à photographier. Dès je j'avais une scène intéressante avec des autochtones qui vivent dans le secteur, il y avait toujours un blaireau de touriste qui faisait irruption dans mon champ de prise de vue en faisant le pitre, dans l'espoir de faire le buzz sur les réseaux sociaux. Bref, ça a été une vraie partie de cache-cache.

Do not be fooled by the photo because to watch the sunset, tourists are legion. It's everywhere. If they could, they would climb to the top of the baobabs. That's why I arrived two hours early.
They arrive in a 4X4 and plant themselves in the middle of the driveway to take selfies. I spent more time trying to get them out of my frames than taking pictures. As soon as I had an interesting scene with native people living in the area, there was always a tourist who came into my frame clowning around in the hope of creating buzz on social media. In short, it was a real game of hide and seek.
