Ugly reactor bump

Proof of concept for a 12 o'clock bump, built off a 1x3 plate rather than an inverted slope.

 

(Built to hassle cereal eating builder into putting a bump on his UCS TIE. Would not fit on my minifig-scale TIE, alas.)
