Fish Chowder

I just decided to try and make a chowder with no recipe. I made some shrimp stock the other day. I roasted some golden potatoes and onions until almost done and then added some of them to my shrimp stock and mik and blended it to thicken it some. I had to make a cornstarch slurry to thicken it a bit more. I added my other roasted potatoes and onions to the chowder and broiled my fish filets.
