Chocolate dusted Filet Mignon

"It is uncommon for people, or even for chefs, to utilize cacao for savory chocolate recipes. But stuffing chocolate into the “dessert” box and leaving it there is like saying eggs can only be used for breakfast foods." This recipe features unsweetened cocoa beans ground to a powder and mixed w/ some other ingred to make a savory rub for the steak. And it is accompanied w/ a savory chocolate demi glace.
