Давным -давно у греческого Бога Эскулапа
А был он, царь и бог врачебного искусства,
Был ученик, способный юноша по имени Пеон,
Который на Олимп богов лечить был посажён.
Однажды на Олимп явился мрачный бог Плутон
С Гераклом в поединок страшный он вступил,
Врата он в Царство Мёртвых защитил и ранен был
В плечо, и очень сильно кровью исходил.
Тогда Пеон стал врачевать старательно Плутона,
Хотя и был Владыка смерти и другого мира Он.
Верховный врач посАжен Зевсом всех лечить,
И исцеление чудесное БогАм дарить…
О чудо! Вылечил плечо настойками Пеон,
И понял Эскулап, учеником давно он превзойдён
Прославлен юный врач Плутоном так же был,
Из чёрной зависти учитель беднягу отравить решил.
И жало ядовитое в себе его Змея держала
Молва об этом в подземелье до Плутона добежала,
И собрались на Олимпе Боги, зАговор раскрыли
В цветок лекарственный врача Пеона превратили.
ПИОН — красивый и божественный Пион! И до сегодняшнего дня нас лечит и врачует Он……..........................The ancient world, tell us a tale
