Sleeping Duck

Gas motors aren't allowed on our lake, which is a good thing since many of us pump the water up from the lake and use it for cleaning, washing and drinking. We do use electric motors on our boats though, which makes for a really peaceful ride, and allows us to sneak up on wildlife. This duck was surprised to find us right beside it taking pictures once it woke up. It was having a nice nap in the sun.
