Info (EN): Guaguas Municipales has had a picturesque variety of vehicles throughout its history, but few have had such a negative performance as the only batch of Iveco Hispano P.K.D. bought by the company. Besides the issues typically found with the brand such as the thick smoke coming from the engine, the lack of power and unreliability, these particular vehicles experienced even more issues. There were times when the hydraulic suspension would get stuck at one particular setting, meaning it was not uncommon to find these vehicles driving with a noticeable lop-sidedness. However the most problematic issue was regarding the engine's insulation. It was habitual that when the engine would heat up this would affect the entire coach chassis, meaning at times it was a complete inferno to be a passenger (especially since these vehicles had no air conditioning. They were permanently assigned to flat routes until the arrival of the 12m long MAN Castrosua City Versus batch. Some had already been withdrawn since 2010 but with this arrival the remaining vehicles were immediately taken out of service.
