Circle Square consists of commercial buildings, student residential, private rented residential, retail and leisure space and a large public realm.
This square was formerly the location of the BBC New Broadcasting House (North West), until 2011 when the BBC relocated to their new North West headquarters in MediaCityUK / Salford Quays. In 2012, the old BBC buildings were completely demolished to make way for the new development of Circle Square.
