Heaton Park - Bee in the City Statue (Dower House)
One of Manchester's 'Bee in the City' statues, situated in front of Dower House, in Heaton Park.
Each of these statues featured different variations and designs that symbolised Manchester. These statues were scattered and placed within different areas of Greater Manchester in the summer of 2018 and later auctioned at the end of September 2018.
Also seen within this photograph in the background is Heaton Park BT Tower, originally built within the 1960s.
