THEY WERE ALL DRAWN TO THE KEEP.
The soldiers who brought death.
The father and daughter fighting for life.
The people who have always feared it.
And the one man who knows its secrets...
Tonight, they will all face the evil.
I definitely have a soft spot for 80's horror movies. One of my favorite obscure titles is, "The Keep" directed by Michael Mann. Nazis, a demonic entity, a synth score by Tangerine Dream and a young Ian McKellen are all part of its absurd charm.
Here are my Lego versions. From left to right:
Glaeken - A mysterious stranger who must do battle with the evil inside The Keep.
Prof. Theodore Cuza - An elderly, wheelchair bound Jewish Professor brought to decipher cryptic messages. He is cured and granted youth by Molasar.
Radu Molasar - The ancient evil slowly gathering strength and form by feasting on the occupying Nazi soldiers.
Erich Kaempffer - The sadistic Major trying to investigate the baffling murders of his men.
