What if the Rogue One team never transmitted the Death Star plans? This one is a biggie. If Rogue One never transmitted the plans, the Rebel Alliance would not have any clue on how to take down the Death Star. They would've hopelessly tried with their fleet but would've been blown to stardust. The Empire would reign supreme over the galaxy. Sure, Rebels would eventually arise but with the power to kill a star, those feeble efforts would soon be extinguished. The Emperor would rule with an iron fist, Darth Vader would go on snuffing out Jedi and hope would be lost for the citizens who hated the Empire.
