Notes: Dr. Ashley Arkhamcroft founded a Mental Institution under her own surname. Many of "The Spider-Bat's" more hinged and dangerious criminals end up by my doorstep. But there is one that terrifies me.
No Prior Medical Records, DNA Scans, No Social Security Number. Nothing under Patient 940992. However we have given him a name due to an absurd and otherworldly ability he has.
This man has seemingly the Ability to control his own blood, He can forge weapons like knive, claws, blades, axes. Anything sharp and impalable. His Blood also covers his skin like a suit of armour, making it imposible for anything to wound him. Odly enough it always takes the apperence of a comedic colourful coat, or perhaps some kind of clown getup.
Other Doctors and Medics have run tests on blood samples we have sampled of him while sedated. Even while The Host is under Heavy Sedation - the blood we gathered still reacts consiously. Almost as if it was never the host that was controlling him.
Other Doctors have found medical history that may relate him to another individual who had simular powers. Further test nessesary.
