These blocks aren't sewn together, they're just 1/4 blocks for now except the one in the far right bottom corner. I wanted to see what the blocks looked like together. I still have a long way to go as I need to piece more strips together to make the coloured bits. I have 2 blocks made and 34 quarter blocks made.
This is a slow quilt but I seem to be enjoying the process so much more. The mantra that keeps running through my head is "this is the best quilt I've ever made. I'm so in love with this quilt".
With that kind of attitude it should get done sooner rather than later right?
