Okay, I don't have a bio for this guy. He's just another recycled character that I never made a backstory for.
Basically he's a crazy dude who likes to spray toxic gas everywhere.
Feel free to use him in other League of LEGO Heroes stuff. (With proper credit of course.) Or even come up with a backstory.
