On 10/03/23 a hearing was held on a Motion to block New Mexico Governor Michelle Lujan Grisham's controversial Public Health Order "temporarily" suspending civilian gun carry rights in Bernalillo County, New Mexico (the State informed the Court it wants to extend the now-Amended September 8th 30-day Order [APHO] into November 2023).
Judge David Herrera Urias heard arguments from among 12 men at the plaintiffs' table opposing the APHO; and from Holly Agajanian, the lone advocate present in defense.
Urias Extended his Hold on the APHO until October 11th, when he decided not to further enjoin the ban, which was is being opposed on largely-constitutional (Second Amendment) grounds. Plaintiff 'We The Patriots' has said they will appeal to the 10th Circuit Court.
