I've always loved art ever since I was a young child. I was always colouring or doodling or doing something crafty. I had a lot of inspiration from my father and one of my primary school teachers who was an artist and had various works of art hung up in the classroom. When I started secondary school is when I got more excited about art. I was keen to learn new skills. When I was in secondary school
I mainly used pencils graphite pencils and acrylic paint to create art. I loved art in secondary school the teacher was so full of life so humble and had such a passion for art and life that she allowed us to be as creative as we wanted to be.
I now mainly focus on pointillism. I find pointillism very therapeutic and it often takes me over a week to complete one piece. Using only dots to create contrast and shadows. I try to be as creative as possible and make things up that don't exist but I also enjoy nature birds insects flowers leaves all these things are beautiful to me.
I find art very freeing and emotional. One piece of art can make you feel so many things. It's important. I often draw things that reflect personal emotional things to me just for myself that won't be shown.
