Zeppelin buster
While royal forces enjoy dominance in the air on the lower echelons, the Empire Aeronautic Armada still is a great threat to them. Well armored and well armed and preferring to stay on high altitudes, imperial zeppelins are not so easy to put down.
So royal aeronautic department came up with solution: the Äsping aeroplane. Other than advanced design it has two powerful piston engines, which give a great thrust-to-weight ratio. Coupled with two autoloading 20mm cannons it makes Äsping an ideal zeppelin hunter.
Those cannons can be also useful for aerial support for the troops, although Äsping has quite poor ground visibility.

I'm very late to the show, as always, but better late than never eh? This is my VV for this NoVVember. Well, kinda...
I wanted to push the idea of VV further than usual - and I like the result, even if it's not really a VV anymore. And also I wanted to develop my "colonialpunk" setting further, now it will feature weird late 19th century to WW1 style flying machines. This plane is meant to be a very recent development though.
