The mayor of the "Floating City of Ferrum-II", enjoying costly "gifts" provided by his business partners,
A galaxy-known holo-movie star, swarmed by paparazzi drones,
And lastly, a honorary guard of the Space Police, providing a sense of security for the high-rolling individuals.
