When It Rains, It Pours

Proving to be one of the last heavy rains to bless the northern counties of West Virginia for the next six weeks, the raindrops are coming down with an intense ferocity that is quickly causing ditches to overflow as westbound DGVR local freight train BLOC-29 trundles light over the Industrial Park Road crossing within the city limits of Elkins, WV, on May 29, 2024.
