Upwards and Outwards

If there is no space to build outwards, one bust build upwards as evident in many places throughout the Appalachian region with houses built high upon mountainsides as seen here in Welch, WV, with a westbound NS pusher set-returning back to Farm, WV, to wait for another train on the afternoon of November 13, 2021.
