Fog from the adjacent Greenbrier River has collected on either side of Second Creek Tunnel with much of it finding its way into the tunnel itself as eastbound Amtrak passenger train #50, the Cardinal, rushes through the bore creating an ethereal scene on the morning of February 28, 2021, in Rockland, WV.
