As simple as these three letters A, R ad T seems to be, Art itself is the simplest but most complicated ‘‘world’’ ever. Speaking of simplicity is when talking about how beautiful and simple art can represent since it's the natural way for some people to express themselves. But talking about complexity is when those feelings are so deep and heavy that when they are represented in art they can be related in different ways, depending on how we feel at that moment and so on. Based on this concept, has started my exciting journey and massive passion for art and architecture.
Moroccan culture, as well, has inspired me a lot. From my childhood, I remember being interested in every monument here as I have loved the details in them and the great work of Moroccans architects, which is inspired from different cultures and generations. This is the interaction point between this culture and the British one: Both are the compression of different stories and ancient tales hidden between the walls of those castles and medieval structures.
If some still think that architecture has killed art, set rules to respect and that it simply has nothing to do with art, they are still not aware of the massive importance architecture has given to art, and how incredible architecture and art both symbolize the same things and have both given birth to the most magnificent pride of human kind work.
Art, and architecture have more in common than we actually think. In both we are clearly free to imagine and conceive whatever we want. Needless to say, that some architectural projects have been known and gained so much fame by just being on paper, simple ideas, not applicable at the present, just like art. The purpose is not only to achieve a first idea we thought of, it is not to show up the process we had from the beginning but the most important part would be the results.
If you love travelling and discovering some exciting new experiences you must be a huge fan of art. It’s obviously a natural relation between art: drawing, music, painting, photography, and else…, and travelling. Because art is a journey, it’s the old man you meet on your way to the countryside, it’s the driver you smile at when you are feeling the wind on your face from the speed of your motorcycle on the highway, it’s every little meeting you had on your trip and which taught what you wouldn’t have known staying at home, with your body or with your just your mind and soul.
So if Art offers us a great opportunity to travel with our minds to the unknown and if it allows certain people to find their way and know their purpose, why wouldn’t we jump at this opportunity to allow our feelings and imagination to see the lights of reality.
