Granola

Ingredientes👇

1 1/3 cup de avena

1 taza de quinoa inflada ( o arroz inflado)

1 pizca de sal

1 pizca de canela

1 tbsp de coco rallado

1/4 taza de arándanos secos

1/2 taza de sirope de agave

1. Mezclar todo bien hasta que se integren los ingredientes

2. Colocar en una bandeja papel de horno y extender la mezcla encima, presionando un poco.

3. Al horno 10 minutos a 260C

4. Dejar reposar 40 minutos y luego romperlo con las manos

Ingredients👇

1 1/3 cup oats

1 cup puffed quinoa (or puffed rice)

1 pinch of salt

1 pinch of cinnamon

1 tbsp shredded coconut

1/4 cup dried cranberries

1/2 cup agave syrup

Combine all the ingredients in a bowl.

Spread the mixture on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes at 500F

Let it sit for 40 minutes and then separate it with your hands
