Another former Food City/IGA! This time in downtown Toronto.
While I'm not familiar with the history of this store, based on its design, I would say it likely started as an IGA or Food City and remained under either of those banners until the store was converted to Price Chopper before the early-2000s.
This store remained a Price Chopper for awhile, compared to most other former Price Chopper locations. From Google Maps it appears this store was converted from Price Chopper to FreshCo sometime between 2012 and 2014.
