Diverted Great Western Railway IET 802112 passes through Heywood village, running as 1C88, the 16:03 from London Paddington to Penzance.

 

Following lineside fires between Woodborough and Hungerford caused by dragging brakes on a loaded stone, the Berks and Hants Line was closed for hours, so trains were being diverted via Melksham, or via Bristol for some IETs.
