Energy rifle concept
My first design of an energy weapon. I present to you, the EG-09 internally silenced energy rifle.
In the future, ballistic weapons starts to lose their use as development for energy weapon grows. Armies started to adapt energy weapon due to their increased velocity per shot, lighter load and less cost. In Germany, the government decided to make plans on a cost effective rifle that uses old parts of assault rifles to modernize it military more effectively.
Such lead to the development of the EG-09 "jäger", which is based on the AUG heavily. It is also made to use parts of the old G36. Despite it's look, it is a very accurate, light and effective energy weapon, which led to it becoming the standard weapon in the army.
