Nairn Falls Provincial Park

Kamloops & Whisler, CANADÀ 2024

Nairn Falls Provincial Park is a natural park located along Highway 99, just a few kilometres south of Pemberton.

The Main Attraction: The focal point of the park is Nairn Falls, where the Green River plunges through a narrow rock canyon. The waterfall drops a total of 60 metres and is remarkable for its sheer power and the intricate shapes carved into the stone by the rushing water.

The Trail: To reach the falls, there is a very pleasant and easy 1.5 km hiking trail (about 30 minutes one way). The path follows the riverbank and offers beautiful views of the surrounding valley and mountains.

Geology: The park is a fantastic place to observe how water erosion has created "potholes" and natural tunnels in the rock over thousands of years.

Facilities: The park features a popular campground and several picnic areas, making it an ideal rest stop for families and travellers journeying along the Sea-to-Sky Highway.
