Making wheels 6

Next I use 35mm / 1 3/8" Forstner drill bit to drill a shallow hole in the wheel. This gives me a step in the wheel rim. Remember it is important to keep the edge with the pencil mark against the fence at all times. This keeps all of the holes I drill centered.
