Flail

This photo satisfies requirement 2. It was taken at area 01. I used a relatively slow shutter speed of 1/4 in order for my subject to blur when he flailed really hard at the ping pong ball. I was able to turn down the iso as my shutter speed was relatively slow and allowed in more light.
