Crashing wave (Full frame).

One of, if not my favorite image of a White-cheek I've taken so far, the wave in the foreground adds just that extra bit of action, as well as the subject moving in from the top left. Pretty soon these terns will begin to move south but hopefully the gulls, plovers, and other birds I've been photographing stay behind!
