Fledgling Barred owl

Went to a nature preserve in Clayton county today, and my sister spotted this Barred owl chick! I ended up deleting most images, due to the forest being very dark due to cloud cover and shade from the trees, but I like a few enough to post here.

 

Due to many reasons I haven't had much time for photography, but I plan on getting out more often and taking more shots, especially considering how well these turned out.
