Blast from the past: Have you heard “Mixtape,” a house/techno album I released last year?
It’s got everything: modular synths, glitches, spring reverb, lasers, vinyl samples, text files played as audio, tube distortion, and it was all recorded to cassette tape then re-recorded into the computer. Continuously playing from song to song, you could put it on and dance for 40 minutes. I’ve released two albums since then, but I think this one might be my favorite from 2017.
