The cathedral's walls are almost completely decorated with a mosaic created according to the sketches of famous artists Ryabushkin, Kosheleva, Shakhovskoi and others.
The main nave is decorated with panels showing scenes from the life of Christ, the panel of Passion, the Crucifixion and Resurrection are placed in the western part, and the eastern part contains scenes after the Resurrection of Christ. Also for decoration of the interior Italian marble of different shades and Russian semiprecious stones were used.
