Debussy's Double Dash

GB Railfreight Class 92, 92043 (formerly named "Debussy") unusually ended having to work both the Caledonian Sleeper Down Highlander (1S25) and Up Highlander (1M16) in the same night.

A lineside fire and subsequent turning off of the OHLE in the Cambuslang area meant the Scottish-based 92s were all trapped at Polmadie. Consequently, 1M16's only option was to wait for Debussy to get there with 1S25, then retrace its steps with the Up service.

First up on its 800-mile round trip was the Down Highlander, seen passing through Hartford.
