Debussy At The Double

GB Railfreight Class 92, 92043 (formerly named "Debussy") unusually ended having to work both the Caledonian Sleeper Down Highlander (1S25) and Up Highlander (1M16) in the same night.

A lineside fire and subsequent turning off of the OHLE in the Cambuslang area meant the Scottish-based 92s were all trapped at Polmadie. Consequently, 1M16's only option was to wait for Debussy to get there with 1S25, then retrace its steps with the Up service.

On the return leg of its 800-mile round trip, 92043 speeds through Acton Bridge with 1M16, running 133 Late.
