Unleased

DB Cargo Class 66, 66091 - which is (or was?) leased to Direct Rail Services and is now back with DB - leads 4M25 07:06 Mossend Euroterminal to Daventry International Rail Freight Terminal (DIRFT) through Hartford.

Class 90, 90037 "Christine" was tucked inside being moved to Daventry so it could pair up with 024 to work one of the northbound Malcolm Logistics liners that evening.

Availability of resources at Toton in recent months have caused a backlog of Class 66s requiring maintenance or repair. As many as 60 of the engines have been laid up at the Nottinghamshire depot, leaving DB short of diesel traction. Consequently, DB have agreed with DRS to take back two of the five 66s that were (are?) on long-term lease to DRS, but weren't seeing a great deal of use with the Blue Team.
