Early Spring ECS
Locomotive Services Group's Class 47/4, 47810 / D1924 "Crewe Diesel Depot" leads the ECS for the following day's Portsmouth Harbour Statesman as it speeds through Goostrey as 5Z30 10:43 Crewe Holding Sidings to Doncaster West Yard.
LSG's Class 47/7, 47593 "Galloway Princess" was on the rear.
I was only able to capture this due to a delay at Crewe due to 5Z30 (incorrectly?) being pathed from Gresty Lane into Platform 12, meaning it had to then reverse back out into the Down Refuge Siding so it could access Platform 6 and the Wilmslow lines.
