Pantograph Party Trick
Having already been delayed almost five hours with the Caledonian Sleeper Up Lowlander (1M11) due to OHLE issues at Lockerbie (caused by Storm Arwen) GB Railfreight Class 92, 92018 then hit a fallen tree near Quintinshill.
This damaged the rear pan and would've disabled most other electric locomotives. However, thanks to one of the Class 92s' many additional design features for extra resilience in the Channel Tunnel, 018 was able to raise its other pan and carry on its delayed journey.
Heading through Hartford 336 minutes late, the service then had to divert via Stoke due to power / signalling issues between Crewe and Stafford (near Betley Road).
1M11 was eventually terminated at Watford Junction (also 336 late) with the stock then running empty to Wembley from there as 3M11.
