With the Brush Traction works due to close by the end of the year and this being the first time a Class 92 has been back to Loughborough for attention since GBRf started using DB Cargo at Crewe for their 'heavy' 92 work in October 2018, this could very well be the last time a Brush-built active Class 92 is collected from the famous Brush Works at Loughborough.
GB Railfreight Class 56, 56081 was doing the honours bringing 92020 out of Brush after a warranty repair on 0M73 08:55 Loughborough Brush to Wembley Inter City Depot.
The grey Grid - which had arrived on 0D21 06:57 Leicester LIP to Loughborough Brush - pauses with the Dyson formerly named "Milton" as they wait to start their journey to North London.
Also in attendance was GBRf's Class 73/9, 73964 "Jeannette" which had arrived at Brush the day before for an alternator repair - a common trouble-spot for the Brush re-engineered 73/9s.
