Back to Blue and Gold
Due to various reasons keeping the blue and gold liveried Class 92s away from the main Caledonian Sleeper runs, they've been almost exclusively hauled by the Midnight Teal locomotives during the past couple of months.
Looking to break the Midnight Teal monopoly, GBRf Class 92, 92043 speeds through Hartford with the Down Highlander (1S25).
A reduced service was running in response to Covid-19 restrictions, with only one train running in each direction serving Edinburgh and Inverness. The usual services to Glasgow, Aberdeen and Fort William were cancelled. Full services are planned to resume on the night of Thursday 29th April.
