Visible behind the security cabin is the cab of British Railways Standard Class 7 70000 "Britannia" which is currently undergoing a major overhaul.

 

Also just visible behind the stock in the sidings are the roofs of GBRf Class 92s 92032 and 92043 which had just been stabled in the neck siding alongside Crewe DMD.
