InterCity Coach Shunting Services

Having just returned from a route refreshing run to Liverpool, Locomotive Services Class 90, 90002 "Wolf of Badenoch" does a quick bit of shunting in the Horse Landing sidings at Crewe before finishing up for the day.

The InterCity 90 was moving Mk3 FO 11091 up to the main depot, presumably to make enough room in the siding to draw back the LSL's Chairman's Train a couple of days later for its Easter trip to the Southwest.

11091 is possibly LSL's last loco-hauled Mk3 coach still in the ex-Greater Anglia livery / Rail Charter Services branding and will be painted into InterCity livery in due course to take its place in LSL's InterCity Mk3 charter rake.

The InterCity 90 had just returned from its second and final run to Liverpool of the day as 0Z34 13:12 Liverpool Lime Street to Crewe Holding Sidings.
