Forlorn Freightconnection
With 90 030 being temporarily removed from, then put back on the end of, the row of stored 90s/92s alongside the Chester line at Crewe ETD, the remaining locomotives on the depot side of 030 have all shuffled forward one space, meaning two of the most demic 90s in the row - 90027 and 90022 are more visible.
It can be seen that 90022 still carries its "Freightconnection" nameplates despite 13.5 years in store. 90022 received the name ahead of going on display at the Birmingham NEC as part of the European Freightconnection Exhibition in early September 1992.
Visible in this image from left to right (stored dates in brackets) are:
90027 "Allerton T&RS Depot" [RfD] (August 2007)
90022 "Freightconnection" [RfD + EWS] (September 2006)
90017 [EWS] (October 2006)
