Locomotive Services Limited (LSL) Class 37s 37521 (D6817) and 37667 (D6851) hammer past Moore Lane with an ECS move from Tyne Yard to Crewe Diesel Depot (5Z48).

 

The consist comprised LSL MK1s 35465 and 6311 with three ex-LNER HST Mk3 trailers sandwiched in between: 42125, 42335 and 42123. The HST trailers were rumoured to be heading to Crewe for component recovery to support LSL's forthcoming HST/Mk3 set.
