Louis' Second Coming
GB Railfreight Class 92, 92006 (formerly named "Louis Armand") runs light through Acton Bridge for the second time on its way from Polmadie via Carlisle to Garston Car Terminal as 0Z93. It was heading to Garston to be reacquainted with freight for the first time in 14 years.
This was its second pass through Acton Bridge having reversed at Hartford Junction before running back north through the station and on to Garston via Weaver Junction.
The loco needed to be moved from Polmadie to Wembley, so picking up the final GBRf STVA working the following day on its way south was an ideal move.
