Sparky Zola
GB Railfreight Class 92, 92 014 (formerly named "Emile Zola") heads south through Winsford in a shower of crackling sparks with the Caledonian Sleeper Up Highlander (1M16).
With the Lowlander (1M11) significantly delayed and unusually behind the Highlander, 92014 was one of the first electric locomotives to run south on this frosty December morning, resulting in a lot of arcing from the 25kV overhead lines.
