Crewe Diesel Open Day: No Name Braunton

Built in Brighton Works in 1946, Southern Region West Country Class 4-6-2 Pacific 21C146 number 34046 is now one of the immaculately preserved and maintained steam engines in Jeremy Hosking's collection.

The engine is named "Braunton" but wasn't carrying its plates on this particular occasion (although it was when seen on the mainline later in the year).

Snaps from the Crewe Diesel Depot "All Change" charity open day organised by Locomotive Services Limited and Virgin Trains West Coast. Mostly taken on my iPhone "for the record".
