Steaming Into The NIght

Built in Brighton Works in 1946, Southern Region West Country Class 4-6-2 Pacific 21C146 "Braunton" (34046) is now one of the immaculately preserved and maintained steam engines in Jeremy Hosking's collection.

Departing Hartford having dropped off passengers after a day trip to York on Saphos Trains' "The Yorkshire Traveller" railtour, Braunton was working 1Z94 York to Crewe.
