Louis Light Engine

GB Railfreight's recently reinstated Class 92, 92006, heads north through Acton Bridge on a test/fault-free mileage accumulation run from Crewe to Carlisle (0Z41).

Stored in February 2006 and reinstated over 13 years later in July 2019, the locomotive formerly known as Louis Armand is fairing much better that the other GB 92 recently reinstated from long-term store - 020. 020 took several weeks of TLC at Crewe ETD before it was ready for the mainline and even then it was somewhat temperamental. 006 on the other hand has come out of Brush in what appears to be good working order and has gone straight into its test runs - the majority of which have been without an insurance loco for company.
